Leader in the prestigious name of Châteauneuf du Pape, it is in 1952 that emblematic "the Flask of the Pope” is designed, exclusiveness in Laurent Charles Brotte. From the very start of the Eighties, his son Jean-Pierre BROTTE approaches the production by founding true partnerships with best Domaines and Castles. The Nineties see arriving the third generation: Jean-Pierre and his Laurent son buy the Castle of Edge, property of 25 hectares in Laudun, in Gard. It is then a true partnership which is established between two vine growers of exception and Laurent BROTTE: with the Domaine de la Grivelière Mont Pegueirol in Name LIRAC, with the Field of the Domaine du versant doré in Name CONDRIEU. Laurent BROTTE also directs the family exploitation of the Domaine de Barville, vineyard of 15 hectares located in the best soils of Châteauneuf du Pape.
